Kevin will enter into extensive discussions with you and any other relevant people to make sure he fully understands the issues, background, personalities, and any other factors that impact on his presentation for your event.  He will ensure that his presentation reinforces your conference theme.  One of the advantages of using an ‘outside’ speaker is that they provide a different perspective; however Kevin believes this must be tempered with a genuine understanding of the issues and empathy for those involved for his presentation to have the transforming effect on the delegates that is his measure of success.

Kevin appreciates that it is important to have tangible reinforcement of the learning from any event.  Audience members in one of Kevin’s presentations always have appropriate reinforcement of the key ideas available to them.  This may be in a handout at the event or information sent to or available to them after the event.  Kevin’s aim is to provide the maximum value to a client – and this is much more than a professional presentation on the day.  It extends to whatever is necessary to convert the conference experience into changed behaviour after the event.

Attention
Kevin will be in attendance at your event well in advance of his scheduled time. (Minimum one hour.) He will also remain available to you and delegates for as long as necessary after the speaking engagement.
